It works great. My biggest suggestion would be to use the solid refill lid and not the slotted refill lid. The slotted one allows a lot of splashing out and you and your bike will end up with a lot of electrolyte drink on you.

Apparently further in (i.e. requiring some hiking) there are fields in bloom.
