It works great. My biggest suggestion would be to use the solid refill lid and not the slotted refill lid. The slotted one allows a lot of splashing out and you and your bike will end up with a lot of electrolyte drink on you.

Also note that is Colonial Beach Triathlon weekend, which is a BIG club goal race. So it’s likely to be a very small group, if any, on Saturday. I added the 44 mile “longer option” for anyone who wants to go a bit further and get in a coffee/pastry stop!
