The Rip It Events Fort Ritchie Olympic distance triathlon, duathlon and aqua bike are staged at Lake Royer in Fort Ritchie, MD.

Olympic:

• Triathlon: 1500 Meter Swim, 23.5 Mile Bike, 6.2 Mile Run
• Triathlon Relay (team of 2-3 ppl): 1500 Meter Swim, 23.5 Mile Bike, 6.2 Mile Run
• Aquabike: 1500 Meter Swim, 23.5 Mile Bike
• Duathlon: 3.1 Mile Run, 23.5 Mile Bike, 6.2 Mile Run
