The Rip It Events Lake Montclair triathlon is staged at Dolphin Beach, in Northern Virginia. Participate in either the Sprint triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, and youth splash and dash.
- Sprint Triathlon/Relay: 750 Meter Swim, 12.5 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run
- Location: Dolphin Beach, 4398 Spillway Lane, Montclair, VA US 22025
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 14 yrs and older.
