Swimming is 90% technique. If you’ve been swimming for a while but are looking for new insights into how to hone your form, this is the clinic for you. This clinic will be coached by two experienced DC Tri Club members and includes half an hour of dryland discussion, followed by an hour in the pool.
This clinic is appropriate for anyone who can swim 100 yards continuously.

Every Wednesday from April 16 until end Oct, the DC Tri club hosts a group meetup at Hains Point. We meet at 5:45, do intros and clip in at 6pm.
We ride for about an hour and then gather on the grass afterwards for snacks and socializing.

we are going to hit the trails of Rock Creek for our annual Spooky 5K Trail Run! Get your costume ideas ready. Get your dog’s costume ready! We will have some snacks and drinks, and after our last finisher is in (please stick around to cheer everyone in!), we will have some fun awards! All speeds welcome! All club members welcome!

Note on Distance: This is a trail run 5K and is ONE clockwise loop. The trail is single-track in a lot of areas and does climb and descend through Rock Creek Park! If there are leaves or it has recently rained, the course could be slippery! Note on Timing: This is meant to be for fun and for club camaraderie. While we will time your 5K, these results are not going up on Athlinks or anywhere official.
