It’s Rock ‘n Roll DC time!
If you aren’t running, we’d love to have more volunteers at our aid station in Rock Creek Park just north of P St. The shift is from 7 – 11:30 AM. Start times: 5 k – 7.45 am, Half – 8 am

Are you in town for Labor Day Weekend? Join for a Georgetown Block Party after the Sat Ride on Sat, Aug 30th! We’ll be partnering with Trek and Bicycle Pro Shop at the top of Key Bridge and Pacers Running on Wisconsin Ave to have refreshments and more after the Sat ride.

Wave One will also be there to celebrate 15 years of swimming in the Potomac.
We will have some special discounts including:

When: Monday, December 8, 2025 from 6-9 pm EST
Where: meet up at Union Pub on Massachusetts Ave, NE.
Various running routes will be led by a club member.

The Credit Union Cherry Blossom 5K Run-Walk and 10 miler are part of a weekend of events including an expo. The event serves as a fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Location: Washington Monument Grounds

10-mile Start Time: Sunday April 6, 7:30 am
