The Kinetic Diamond in the Rough swim takes place in the Chesapeake Bay and features an in water start off the dock. The Sprint bike course is a rolling out and back course while the Olympic bike course is technical with a mix of suburbia, rolling farm country and a fast, flat drag strip along River Road. The run course is mostly flat and winds its way along the Chesapeake Bay on sidewalks and back roads.

Staged out of Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware, the Kinetic Lums Pond Triathlon is a great race for elite and novice athletes alike. The freshwater swim starts with a rectangular course that parallels the shore for the last 250 meters. The bike course is super fast and completes a large loop around the park. This course is completely flat, all right hand turns and has great pavement throughout. The run course is amazing with a beautiful, heavily forested mix of single track lake views and wide open graveled walking paths.

The US Performance Center Draft Legal Triathlon Festival is a day of collegiate and elite development draft legal triathlon racing featuring both a National Triathlon Development Race (NTDR) but also the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon East National Qualifier. Presented by the Charlotte, NC based US Performance Center and staged out of Lake Norman State Park, this draft legal triathlon features clear water, rolling courses and great racing. The swim start features a sandy beach start and a crisp, clear lake. The bike and run courses are rolling and stay completely inside the park. Each lap of the bike and run courses bring athletes through the race site.
This race is NOT part of the Kinetic Multisports Series Scoring.
