Jen grew up running track and cross-country through high school. Her senior year of college, she bought a road bike and joined the Tri club, and flailed through some Sprint and Olympic distance races. Over ten years later, having only kept up with some casual running, Jen signed up for an Ironman. She cleaned up her old bike and got a coach who taught her how to swim. She was quickly hooked on the lifestyle, happy to be pushing her physical limits again. Now she races the 70.3 distance.
