Erik was an avid runner, downhill skier and mountain biker throughout high school. After many years of bike/run commuting to work, he decided to pick up swimming in 2017 and competed in his first triathlon in 2018. Erik was hooked after his triathlon and continues to compete in several triathlons year after year. He loves to share his enthusiasm for this sport, mentoring new triathletes, and supporting the elite team and club. He’s looking forward to an exciting 2025 season with his teammates and club members.
