Annual Meeting

Celebrate all our members accomplishments in 2025 with our annual meeting! Join us to see what we’ve worked on this year and what our plans are for next year. We’ll raffle off plenty of prizes and have free food and drinks for all.

All members who attend will receive a free drink ticket. Non-members and prospective members are also welcome (but must buy their own drinks!). The club will provide free appetizers.

Club gear will also be for sale!

Our tentative schedule is:

2pm–Doors open and social time

3pm–Presentation begins

5pm–Meeting ends
