Took up triathlon in 2013 after a couple years of collegiate rowing, and immediately fell in love with it. Coming from a running background, I spent my early triathlon years racing from behind, but over time have worked to improve my first two legs. Primarily focused on trying to improve over the Olympic-distance racing in recent years before targeting more half-distance races.
