Banneker High School Track Workout – Wed Morning
Join Hilary Cairns as she leads track workouts early Wednesday mornings at Banneker High School Track. Workout starts at 5:45 AM. Intervals range from 400m-2 miles for a total of 3-4 miles of speed. All abilities welcome. Banneker High School is located at 800 Euclid St. NW. Enter the campus and bear right at the fork. The athletic center and track will be on your right. Contact Hilary to be added to the track email list. Weekly emails include the workout plan as well as any last-minute changes in location.
Wilson High School Track Workout – Wed Evening
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Join Hillary Peabody at Wilson High School as she leads weekly track workouts. The track is located behind the aquatic center and high school on Nebraska Ave in Washington, DC. It is easily accessible via Metro (Tenleytown stop). Athletes warm up on the track BEFORE 6:30 PM and begin a pre-planned workout together at 6:30 PM, including plyometrics and speed intervals. Afterwards the group usually cools down together and does a core workout, and then many will go to Whole Foods (next to the metro stop) together for dinner.

Washington and Lee High School in Arlington Track
Join Kyoko and Chris for Wednesday morning track workouts at Washington and Lee HS in Arlington, VA. Meet up at 6:00am for warm up on your own and the workout will run from 6:15 am -7:15 am including cool down. If you need to leave early, that is fine! A coach will be providing the weekly workout the night before and sometimes will be there in the am to lead the workout. Open for all levels.

Roosevelt High School Track Workout – Thur Morning
Join Sara Adland as she leads track workouts Thursdays at 7am at the Roosevelt High School Track in Petworth. All abilities welcome. Contact Sara to be added to her weekly email list and learn more about the workouts.
Monthly Saturday Morning Runs on the Capital Crescent Trail (1st Saturday of each Month)
Runs will meet by the fountain across from the AMC Theater at Wisconsin and K St NW at 9AM, then do 5mi out and 5mi back along the Capital Cresent trail. Afterward the group will re-carb up together, if you are interested in joining. Folks interested in running shorter distances are welcome to join too. UPDATE: APRIL 2017 – Sunday Rock Creek Park Runs
Sundays at 9:00 AM from Pierce Mill. These runs are back on!! This run is a popular off-season run that often continues year round. Out and back and loop trails; distance of your choice, typically from 3 to 11 miles; terrain: lots of hills, flat pavement, or flattish trails. Since the Pierce Mill Visitors Center was renovated, the group now meets in the south parking lot (downstream)–the one with the bathrooms. Ride there to make it a brick.
