Splash ‘n’ Dash

• Date: Sunday June 25, 2023
• Check In:  8:00am
• Warm Up: 8:00-8:20am
• Pre-Event Meeting: 8:20am
• Line Up:  8:25am (athletes will self-seed fast to slow. *Please know your 100y swim time to accomplish this.*)
• General Start:  8:30am

• In some form or fashion, athletes will swim (snaking the pool) 300 yards and then transition to the run where they will head outside and run 2.4 miles (2 laps around the DuFour Center).
• Athletes will have the option of 3 events:
  1. Splash n' Dash: 300 yard swim / 2.4 mile run
  2. Splash n' Dash and Splash n' Dash: 300 yard swim / 2.4 mile run / 300 yard swim / 2.4 mile run
  3. TEAM RELAY: Each participant (2 person relays) does 300 yard swim / 2.4 mile run in tag team fashion (i.e. one after the other)
