Hi all,
I know I’ve talked to a few of you that are doing the Atlantic City 70.3 on 9/15. Part of the training plan has a long (3.5 hour/55 mile) ride on 8/3. Hi All,
Looking for some insights. I did the heart rate threshold test. My zones came out as follows:
Zone 1: 0-145
Zone 2: 146-158
Zone 3: 159-167
My problem is that every time I try to run and stay in Zone 2, my heart rate ends up shooting up past zone 3 (~180+). So when trying to do a zone 2 run, I end up running what feels really slow…[Read more]
