    Thank you for the response.  Any thoughts then on what to do absent access to a pool or gym?

    At the kick-off, Coach AJ suggested that we do 15 min of glutes after biking – just want to confirm that this is in addition to the core and glute workouts that seem to typically follow the swim workouts. So if we are doing glute workouts on days other than run and rest days, we’re doing it right, right?
