Thought I’d pass along an experience…I also did the race and two bolts got jolted out of my cleats on the bumpy road! I suppose this can be a reminder to tighten your cleats on a routine basis. :/

Morning! Somewhat unrelated to the clinic, but I tried on the trisuit and would like to purchase one. Is NTP doing a group order or should I just order off the DC Tri Club website?
Hey! I forgot to ask yesterday. If a race is wetsuit-legal does that mean you have to wear a wetsuit or can you still wear a tri suit (and just be cold)?
Sorry to ask two questions in a row! How many side/reverse lunges, side jumps, split squats, and leg deadlifts should we do? The other core and strengthening exercises have reps, so I wasn’t sure if these are up to us or if I had missed something. Thanks 🙂
Hi. I’m a very comfortable swimmer and I was wondering if I can/should switch out a few of the swims this month for running or biking, which I’m less comfortable with, or if I should just stick with the training plan as is at this point. Thanks!
