I raced at Rev3 Quassy this past weekend. We lucked out with the weather—it was perfect—and I was happy with my race execution. I went in with a plan that mirrored what I’d trained for, including nutrition, power, and pace, pushed through the hard parts, and set a personal best for this (difficult) course.
