  • I’m signed up for the swim + clinics on March 6.  The details said to bring running shoes, just curious if there is a running workout during the day as well and how far / strenuous it will be.  I was planning to do some leg weightlifting that weekend so might hold off on that if we are running hard.

    • Hi Andrew… sorry we didn’t reply to your post sooner. My understanding is that you’ll mostly be doing drills to help you learn the best form. Unless something has changed, there shouldn’t be any serious running!
