Hi Andrew… sorry we didn’t reply to your post sooner. My understanding is that you’ll mostly be doing drills to help you learn the best form. Unless something has changed, there shouldn’t be any serious running!

I accept your challenge… During my first Peasantman outing, I came in second-to-last… only beating a veteran who had been injured and was out of commission for about 30 minutes before finally rallying to finish the race!

While I like to go camping, that adventure doesn’t work well for me when I’m trying to train for or compete in triathlons! I’ve participated in 2-3 Peasantman weekends (and 1 Giant Acorn Oly) and I’ve usually stayed at the Lake Anna Lodge which is less than 5 miles from the state park entrance (approx. 6-7 minute…[Read more]
