+ XX for Smiley. Best bike fit — and involves plenty of back and forth tweaking so you can continue to make adjustments.
Just another recommendation for getting a bike fit from Smiley. After adjusting the fit on my roadie two years ago, Smiley pre-fitted me last year for a tri bike … and with those coordinates in hand I immediately eliminated all those beautiful bike I’d long had my eye on … found one that fits me like a glove and went back to Smiley for final adjustments. Oh, and it took me a year or so to get my act together before I went back for my final fit adjustment. He honored his initial commitment to me, made some adjustments for saddle and cockpit, and here I am … can’t wait for OSP to begin!

Thanks for posting this … I’m not on facebook, which part of the MVT is affected?
Hi — I just got into the Bay Swim in Lottery #3 :).
Mike (or others who have done this before …) — can you describe your training a bit in terms of frequency of weekly swims and how much emphasis on time/distance vs. technique, and overall build schedule to prepare? I’m about 5 months out now, training for the Rock ‘n Roll Halfmarathon, and also doing the Offseason Spin Program. I swim 3x/week now and was thinking of bumping that up to 4x/week about 2 months out and then adding the open water swims at the National Harbor once they start up again. I plan on continuing bike/run/strength … too ambitious? Would appreciate any feedback/advice. Thanks!
Wow … that sounds amazing. Question: is this geared toward super fast/elite folks … I’m more of a MOPer and wouldn’t want to hold people back.
thanks
Hello from here too … just renewed my membership and want to make sure I remember how to post 🙂
