Thanks, mosered! will contact both.
Also interested. Please keep me posted if a spot in the house opens up. Cheers!
Great heads-up, merci!
Ritija, what’s a typical running pace you’re referring to? – the case is quite the opposite for me, I need to cut down on my running to focus on swimming. Like Shelly, also keen on strength training buddies around dupont, close to westend AND still on the lookout for swim mates. Cheers!
Got it!
Ok thanks for the info. So, to clarify further, the MSP is putting together a 6-week siwm course targeted for beginners, which is different from the MSP (which is usually for pretty strong swimmers)?
Let’s just say, it’s as awesome as it looks plus a really great energy/vibe in there. Definitely worth checking out!
Pretty quiet here! Any NTPers around Dupont, Foggy Bottom, and/or Georgetown interested in meeting sometime to train together? Especially interested in getting better at my swimming, which is the most challenging part for me. I’ll be making use of the Equinox pool facilities and I plan to try to make it out to swim atleast 3 times a week (we’ll see what happens! :D) Also open to exploring other facilities, and to meet for group bike rides.
Here’s the link to volunteer below. If there are no more spots to complete your registration, you can email the race director, and she’ll let you know if additional help is still needed (my guess is yes, they’d need all the help they can get). For the first meet, I plan to be there as a volunteer, to have a better sense of how it works. Hope to sign up for the next one afterwards.
I’m on it but still haven’t tracked any of my runs with the app. This may be a good time to start. Also feel free to add me: Yemisi Ajumobi. (also on Strava)
Hi all,
Can someone please post the link on where to access the information from orientation – I also missed the session as I’m currently out of the country on a work trip. I will miss the first gear training session as well, and look forward to catching up at the 2nd clinic. In the meantime, I’d appreciate any helpful materials on these two sessions. Thanks! Yemisi
Great job on the new site!
