And please plan on attending the Injury Prevention Clinic on March 12th. Injury is very common with long course racing (which includes Half Ironman training and racing). The injury prevention clinic is going to be interactive. So each of you will have a chance to learn your strengths and weaknesses. This is particularly important to know what to focus on for the coming season so you don’t end up injured 🙂
