I recommend attending all of these events if you’re able! Training and networking with the club is always a lot of fun and beneficial for your training.
For each of these events, I would replace the existing workout with what’s prescribed for the event. If you feel like you’d be missing out on a certain amount of swimming, biking on running that you wish to maintain, you can switch some days of workouts.
I encourage you all to attend these events if you can! They are up on the ODP calendar.
Regarding the Brick-nic – keep in mind this would likely be your last workout before going into full blown taper mode before your race 2 weeks later.
