It’s scheduled on April 24th for you. Previous seasons I had it as your very first workout in the program. However for some, a 1000 meter time trial seemed daunting. So I moved it to give you a chance to build up gradually to take it on.
In the meantime, it’s your average 100 yard/meter pace. At this level, everyone should have an idea of what this pace looks like for you. Most master’s swim practices use it for their sets and bases of their intervals.
