Stick sponges down your tri top or under the shoulder straps. One thing to note, if you do pour water over your head/body, be careful of your feet. If your running shoes get wet, you increase your risk for blisters on your toes. Most will end up with blisters anyways. But it’s worth noting in the event you can prevent your shoes from getting too soggy.
