Here’s a quick note to wish everyone a great race!  Since we didn’t hear from anyone this week, hopefully everyone was busy doing their race plans and getting organized to race!  🙂

It is likely going to be hot out there so be sure to load up on electrolytes from now onwards.  Constantly be sipping sports drink (and minimize water intake). Stay hydrated!  Keep your body core as cool as possible.  Stay in the shade when you can.  Stick to your plan. And have fun!
Participants love this race and there are so many perks to racing it.  So soak it all in and enjoy!  And please plan on sharing your feedback on what went well, what didn’t go as planned and where you feel there is continued opportunity!
