Recovery days are built in periodically to ensure you’re resting your body, even when you don’t think you need to. In addition, because it’s a group training plan that is applied to so many individuals, you may have a recovery day built in when you don’t feel like you personally need it – and that’s ok. Listen to your body, and you can always make slight modifications.
