Location: National Harbor
- One hour+ swim includes 300-400 meter marked course, followed with get together brunch or happy hour at a local National Harbor restaurant/bar.
- These swims are for practice and training and are NOT clinics or learn to swim classes. You should be comfortable swimming at least 500 meters nonstop in the pool.
- Registration closes at 3:00 pm on Wednesday for 9/3 swim, and 8:00 pm on Saturdays prior to the Sunday swims. On site waterside registration is available for $5 additional.

Race-weekend Nation’s Triathlon Practice Swim

- Join partner WaveOne for a practice swim on a 350 meter lifeguarded course just south of the Nation’s Tri swim start.
