As Jessica shared, it’s a whole lot of trial and error to figure out what works for you. Hopefully yesterday was a good foundation to get you thinking and practicing. This coming Sunday, our sports nutritionist will dive into more details here. So start thinking, start reading (athlete’s guide is a great place to start), do your homework. Be prepared to ask questions on Sunday. Now is the time to start figuring out your personal nutrition plan.
