Hi Everyone – I found the nutrition seminar to be helpful, especially in sense that I’m very far off from meeting my protein requirements. AJ – do you know when the handouts will be available on the IMP page?
As for my nutrition, I’m still experimenting. On the bike I like to have pieces of a bonk breaker (I cut it up into bite-size pieces before the ride), but recently I have been training more with peanut butter filled pretzels from TJs. Seems to work.
