Thank you, Jody, for the update.  As you can see, you can’t wait until the last minute for bike fitting.  First off all, it takes a good 1-2 weeks to ease into your new fit (so limit any longer rides until you are acclimated) and then you need have time to practice in your new position for significant time before your race for optimal benefit (and to minimize injury).  So be sure to get on top of this asap if you haven’t done so.
