Reply To: Adjusting for Muscle Soreness


I have asked that the Glut Activation Exercises be posted on the handouts section of the ODP 2018 page.  Unfortunately I don’t have access to post it.  So once it’s up, please get working.  That said, this does not take the place of getting in with a good sports minded PT practice (NOT Rose PT).

As I mentioned at the Kick Off Meeting, everyone should be doing glut strengthening exercises weekly (if not daily) since swimming, biking and running actually weakens your gluts.  You need to do exercises laterally instead to keep them strong…and you need to also make sure they activate and engage properly to (which is why you need oversight of a PT).
