One quick note on the wrist HR monitors, they are very unreliable and inaccurate. While they are much better than wearing the chest HR monitor (and they can dig in!), they are measuring your HR as far away from your heart as possible and on the opposite side of your wrist from where your pulse is located. Therefore it is my recommendation that you consider (and purchase) a chest HR monitor for more accurate and reliable results.
