Great questions Joe! Yes, it is my recommendation to keep on track with your Eagleman training that you hit the amount of time that the workouts calls for. If you can add additional time before/after OSP in class, please do so. If you can’t hit the entire time, please add some additional time at home. Drills or an easy spin will do just the trick!
This goes for the mid-week workouts. You are welcome to do the OSP workouts. However try to match up a workout with similar time/intensity.
