Hey Jorge,

I bought new running shoes from Potomac River Running on F St.  My old pair were from 2013 8-o.  last week was doing 1min on 3 min walk intervals to ease back into it.  Did a flywheel spin class with a HR monitor (Those classes really aren’t a good fit for endurance activities ;-).  Swam at Dunbar yesterday (Nice facility).

One question for you: I see we’re testing for LT in the 4th week but we have workouts that mentioned HR Zone prior to that.  How should we handle that?
