Great question!  Like most anything in liquid form than capsule form, you will most always get a better bang with the liquid form.  It is easier and more highly digestible than the extract form.  However there is always a time and place where the capsule form might be necessary (like when you travel).

Has anyone else had experience with tart cherry juice?
