Couple of notes…
- If you start using caffeine, you must keep using caffeine. Thus it is usually recommended to use it later in your training day or race. 4-5 caffeinated gels is a lot of caffeine!
- For the Infinit, Rebecca did speak to it and shared that often it is too concentrated thus causing GI issues. Many of my athletes have had a similar experience with the side affects as well.
