Great feedback all!  If you are too wiped out from your test, then move your ‘day off or make up day’ to Monday and the swim until Friday.  Take the day off if you really need it and, just like Jorge stated, take the extra time to sleep!  If you are not recovering well, perhaps it because you need more sleep.  Or perhaps you are pushing your easy workouts just a little too hard.  Some people just need more recovery than others.  It’s a group training program and now is the time to listen to your body, not someone else’s!  Keep up the solid work!  At least you are doing the testing 🙂
