I’d also just map it out on TP beforehand to make sure you’re not going into overkill. Plug in approximate times and intensity factors to see where your TSB comes out. Personally, I find that I start to really break down once I hit around -40. So make sure you won’t end up too far in the red before you go out and hammer a sprint (or 3).
