I’ve been using TP for ~1 year now and love it. Helps me to plan out all my sessions ahead of time, know how well/poorly i’m doing that week, move things around, etc etc. From a metrics point of view, I use TSB on a daily basis to figure out where I’m at, how close I am to injury/sickness, and how to move forward. A good article by Joe Friel on the utility of TSB below.

I do find that it sometimes gives me a little too much TSS for swim (really hard to get my IF below .9), but cest la vie…
