Big week for your Katie!  Congratulations on the new house 🙂

Yes, the whole purpose of taper is to rest your body (and mind) to be ready to race.  Also, sleep should be prioritized since this is when your body heals and adapts.  So as long as you were visualizing while you were painting, I am sure you will be just fine 🙂

Let us know how your tune up race goes for you in beautiful upstate NY!  Hopefully you will join the tricycle race this evening!
