You do, in fact, have the intermediate plan.  If anyone would like to change their plan, I would recommend that we do it earlier versus later.  When I unapply your plan, you lose all of your workout data already completed.


That said, remember that the first build cycle is ‘lighter’ than normal because it’s ‘purpose’ (which we are going to talk about in depth at the kick off meeting) is focusing on mechanics.  By doing so, we better position you with the best foundation to build upon.  So the first build cycle will be lighter and more mechanic focused versus more workouts or a focus on tempo/intensity. Please bear this in mind after looking at your schedule.  If you still believe that you do not have the correct plan for your current experience level, please send me a private email.
