REPOSTING: Since there were so many posts yesterday (and I don’t want this post to get lost in the shuffle), it’s being reposted.

Please find the agenda for both March 8 & March 15.  While they are a large part of your Sunday, past participant surveys have demonstrated that those who attended both clinic days had a much more enriched training program experience and received much more value for their investment.  So let’s gain the learning to apply for a smarter, stronger season ahead!

The clinics will be held at the Raymond A. DuFour Center at the Catholic University of America (Address: 3606 John McCormack Drive NE, Washington, DC 20064). There is plenty of onsite parking and it’s metro accessible  (with a short walk/ride).

***You will be joining the IMP race planning seminar at this time.   IMP race planning will start at 9 am to talk about the unique aspects of the IM distance.  Then we will join the two groups, IMP and HIP to talk about the similar aspects of racing long course.  Please be quiet and courteous when you join the seminar already in session.  And if you are interested in an Ironman in the future, feel free to join early to hear the specifics!

As we get closer, we will talk through what to expect, what to bring, etc.  For now, save the dates.  There isn’t a training program out there that provides participants this type of education and analysis.  Take advantage of it!

Look forward to seeing you there!
