The triathlon group on reddit has a lot of people asking that same question, as pools are closing all over. You can google for dryland swimming exercises, but it seems like many are saying these types of exercises are supplemental, not a replacement, and it might be better to spend the extra time running or biking. Personally, I don’t know what my plan is. Is it responsible to go to the pool even if its open? Is it okay to run and bike an extra day a week and, if so, what type of workout should I do? Coming up on a recovery week so I might just do weight training on swim days. I’m interested in hearing what others are planning on doing.
