If it were me (oh wait…it is!):

1. More time in the saddle: given the particularly low injury risk to indoor cycling, getting a zwift account and slamming the trainer sounds like a pretty good bet.

2. At home strength: plenty of body weight exercises to do at home, so I’ll be smashing some medial glute exercises.

3. Swimming dryland exercises: While they’re not a replacement for swimming, its the best we’ve got.

4. Naps every day: If you’re privileged like me and can take off an hr in the afternoon, naps are a great way to absorb training and keep your body functioning.

I could also add in some yoga, but…it would probably just be more childs pose ?
