Great feedback!  Yes, it takes some adjustment to keep motivated.  However be sure to use the exercise as a means to stay healthy.  While many races have been cancelled, remember that moderate exercise is your best defense to a healthy immune system.  So perhaps you need to reframe why you need to sweat it out each day?

Also, to note, while I really appreciate this article on planks, I would not recommend his form representing a ‘good’ plank. Try this instead:
