Reply To: Training Plan Alternatives


Great feedback!  Many athletes are struggling getting into a good dryland routine.  However if you can find what works for you and motivates you, this is a great start.  In addition, perhaps only doing one day of dryland focused drills and add in an easy form based bike or run workout (whatever your weakness) in place of the second swim workout each week.  There are always ways to make the best of whatever life hands you.  It’s great practice for race day 🙂
