Great feedback Kevin!  Yes it can be hard to get into a good dryland routine.  However, again, find what motivates you.

That said, what does matter are the little things.  With the extra time, staying on top of the warm up, cool down, rolling, glut exercises, core strengthening, sleep, etc are just as important (and often overlooked).  I would add static running drills to your list, Kevin 🙂

Use this time to work on a weaker area.  In the end, this focused time could actually really benefit you in ways you wouldn’t expect.
