Great question!  The short answer is that it doesn’t matter. You can do them in any order or one in the morning and the other in the evening.  The purpose here is to add recovery-like volume to ‘build’ on your periodization.  So as long as it’s recovery-like (zone 2 only) you will gain the purpose of the recovery spin however you decide to schedule it.
