Dropping your elbow typically plagues about 99% of us.  So this is great learning for all.

And a great question, is anyone keeping up with the dryland workouts? The dryland workout I am using with my athletes continued to focus on these swim focused muscles and up to 10 minutes of planks.  And I encourage everyone to do it at least once per week to maintain swim fitness (and work on areas of weakness like a dropped elbow).  Impressed with your focus Jorge!
