Lots of great tips in this thread!  Fantastic to hear the benefits of those who have embraced zone 2 (and even zone 1) training!  It’s key but hard to instill.  If you want to learn more, please join the Heart Rate Zone Training & Optimal Pacing Seminar on Tuesday, June 23.
